USTEX organizes facility testing records to support recurring compliance schedules, inspections, acquisitions, and management of multiple locations. Recordkeeping under 40 CFR 280.34 and applicable state programs requires reliable evidence of completed work. The record service connects each report to its site and equipment.
Available registrations, previous test reports, inspection findings, and repair documentation are reconciled into a facility record. Missing reports, inconsistent equipment identifiers, unresolved findings, and upcoming testing needs are identified. A records review is not a substitute for testing or a determination that every component is compliant.
Portfolio work can be coordinated through a designated facility or corporate contact. Site schedules retain individual due dates and operating constraints while supporting grouped visits where practical. Records retrieval and access limitations are identified early so they can be included in the schedule.
The resulting file includes available completed reports, identified gaps, outstanding work, and upcoming testing requirements established by the review. Facility and equipment identifiers remain consistent for retrieval, internal review, and agency submissions. Open items remain visible until supporting evidence is obtained.
