Your site is red-tagged and cannot sell fuel
An inspector has tagged a dispenser or tank, and it remains out of service until the cited condition is cleared. Every day under the tag is a day of lost revenue.
How it goes
Start from the citation
An inspector writes a tag against one specific cited condition. Our first task is to establish what that condition was and what evidence releases it. The repair everyone assumes is required is often unrelated to the citation.
Test what the citation names
We run the diagnostic that speaks to the cited condition and document the result against the rule it references.
Give the agency what releases it
A report written for the reviewer who signs off, so the file advances instead of returning with questions.
Who the agency believes
The reviewer releasing your tag is weighing where the evidence came from. A contractor who profits from the repair has an obvious reason to find one, and the reviewer has to account for that before relying on the result. We quote no repair work, so there is nothing to discount.
Tell us what your site is facing
There is no sales process. You receive a direct answer on what it takes to bring the site into compliance, from the technician who will perform the work.
